CMP Reinvestment Program
Effective April 11, 2023, CMS has initiated a comprehensive review of the federal Civil Monetary Penalty Reinvestment Program to ensure the integrity of distributions, improving nursing home resident quality of life and achieving care innovations. During this review, the Ohio Department of Medicaid will not be accepting any new applications until additional guidance is provided.
