Have questions? Contact the Integrated HelpDesk at (800) 686-1516 through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVR). It provides 24 hour, 7 days a week access to information regarding client eligibility, claim and payment status, and provider information. Provider representatives are available via the IVR weekdays from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. and can assist you with billing concerns.

Providers are responsible for granting and maintaining IVR access for their billing entities or trading partners. To comply with HIPAA privacy requirements, all providers and billing entities accessing the IVR for protected health information (PHI) are required to authenticate using 2 of the 3 pieces of ID: 1) 7 digit provider billing number, 2) NPI and/or 3) tax ID.
