My Care Ohio - Connecting Medicaid and Medicare.

The State of Ohio has worked closely with the federal government to improve the way health care services are provided by these programs. You will receive - through the MyCare Ohio health plan you choose - all of the medical, behavioral and long-term services and supports you need.

Letters and Notices

**MyCare Ohio and Medicare - Enrollment Information**

Initial Enrollment Notices:

Beginning on February 26th, the Ohio Department of Medicaid began distributing the first round of enrollment notices to prospective MyCare Ohio beneficiaries in the Northeast Ohio region.

Individuals in this region who are covered by both Medicaid and Medicare will have until May 1 to chose a Medicaid managed care plan. If no plan is selected, an individual will have one assigned to them in order to ensure timely enrollment. Similar notices will be sent over the next to months to beneficiaries in other regions.
